In line with the measures of Green Initiative taken by SEBI, Section 101 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under also provides for sending notice of the meeting and the annual report of the company and other shareholder correspondences through electronic mode to the Members.
Members holding shares in physical mode are requested to register their e-mail IDs with the Share Department of the Company and Members holding shares in demat mode are requested to register their e-mail IDs with their respective Depository Participants (DPs) in case the same is still not registered.
