With over 10 years and more than 100 events across six continents Merlin is a veteran of the Esports industry.

During that time he worked in PR, project and partnership management for ESL, the world’s leading esports company, where his responsibility was building the industries best player hospitality infrastructure.

Now Merlin joined forces with Nodwin to head the companies international expansion.

Being a vocal advocate of the esports industry Merlin will focus on currently underserved markets like the Middle East and Africa to replicate the growth India has seen over the last 5 years.

He strongly believes gaming and esports are prone to be among the biggest entertainment properties of the 21st century and should be available and enjoyed all around the world equally.

When Merlin isn’t traveling for work he enjoys swimming, running and is always happy to experience the local cuisine of the various host cities or countries.
